Hi, I am a free tier customer and I am using an APEX instance located on adb.eu-milan-1.oraclecloudapps.com.
Lately I am getting intermittent connection problems when trying to access external web services.
Since I can access these external services using postman or CURL from my PC, I'd exclude problems with the services themselves, I am wondering what could be wrong with the APEX instance on ADB.
I checked OCI status page on several occasions but I didn't spot any known networking problems for my region, so I was wondering if I am hitting some kind of network usage limit.
