AP invoice hold Agent to write the invoice hold details into Excel file and allow user to download

Summary:

We are trying to create an AI Agent which need to extract all the invoices which are on Hold with respective hold reason. But unable to get the invoice list in the excel/csv file format output and send the file as attachment to user list and allow users to download from chat.
Could someone please guide us the steps to achieve the same.
