After Calculate Accruals and Balances not showing proper data for recent updates

Have completed recent changes with existing Accrual Plan. Post modification with recent changes by submitting "Calculate Accruals and Balances" not showing proper data and system not allowing traverse through targeted Fast Formula as well.

Plan Working fine in Production with no recent changes.

With bigger population changes were made for Participation and Accrual Matrix. New Population enrolled in Plan. However targeted employee to getting proper accruals with latest Accrual Matrix definition.
