Filter on nested foreach loops in OIC integration

Summary:

We have nested foreach loops in OIC integration and we want the inner loop to be execute for a particular data returned by the outer loop.
Currently the inner loop is looping through the entire dataset and we dont see an option to filter the data.

Can you guide on this please?
