We have been encountering an issue related to the range values Warning/Error in Grade rates which is linked to the salary basis. The min/max validation for hourly rates is being triggered even before the effective date of the new rates. This is causing problems, as it can potentially corrupt colleague records before the updated rates officially take effect.

Is it a expected behaviour or any solution to this issue?
