Error PER-1532429 when submitting Promote action – Compensation section

Hi all,
I’m performing a Promote action in Oracle Fusion HCM (Release 25D).
When I reach the Compensation section and try to submit the transaction, I receive the following error:
PER-1532429
Additional details:

• Worker type: Employee
• Employment status: Active
• Effective date of the promotion: [2026/04/01]

Has anyone encountered this error before?
