Sickness balances by proration period

Summary:

I am trying to export the person number, minimum date and maximum date for all staff who between September 24 and March 26 had received "Statutory Sick Pay" while "Statutory Sick Pay" was higher than "Sickness Offset" and "Occupational Sick Pay" was not 0.
This is by date of earning (individual days of sickness) and not by month paid or period name.

I have tried the "Payroll - Payroll Balances Real Time" and "Payroll - Run Results Real Time" subject areas and could not find a value that references the date the value was earned. (When exporting run results I can see the value as a proration period so it is split by date somewhere I believe)
