When a new Pending Worker (Future Hire) is created in Oracle Cloud HCM, the designated line manager does not receive the new hire notification email.

The HR shared inbox is notified correctly for all worker types, but the dynamic Line manager recipient resolves to null for every Pending Worker record. This means the manager is not aware of the upcoming hire and cannot take timely action

We have created an Oracle Cloud HCM Resource alert to notify the line manager when a new Pending Worker (action code ADD_PEN_WKR, WorkerType = P) is created. The alert qualifies only Pending Worker records using a SQL EXISTS filter on per_all_assignments_m where projected_start_date is not null.
