Pending Requisition Lines from Replenishment POs Appearing in Process Requisitions Work Area

We are seeing an issue where requisition lines generated through our stores replenishment process are persisting as pending requisition lines in the Purchase Order → Process Requisitions work area.

Our inventory items are configured for automatic replenishment using Min-Max Planning, with fulfillment orchestrated through Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO) and sourcing via Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

Observed behavior:

• Requisition lines that are removed from replenishment POs remain as pending lines in Process Requisitions
• Requisition lines for min-max planned items without an associated BPA also end up in a pending status
• These lines are not needed and are accumulating over time (weekly over the past year)
