Time-off Assistant AI Agent - Returning Error while ask for log a absence

Hello Everyone,

I have created a Time-off Assistant AI Agent using the existing template. While testing, I attempted to log an absence record. The agent is able to capture and display all the details correctly.

However, when I click on the Approve button, the request fails and returns an error.

I have not made any customizations to the agent so far and am using the standard configuration.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest what might be missing in the setup or configuration?
