EIT Field Name Not Reflecting After Deployment

Hello,

Under the Person EIT, we created a specific EIT for contracts. We recently updated one of the field names to “Renewal contract Term" from "Renewal Contract type”. However, even after deploying the changes, the updated field name is not reflecting on the front end.

Could anyone please help me understand why the change is not appearing and if there are any additional steps required from our side?
