business classification

We configured Supplier Business Classification expiration notifications in Oracle Fusion, but no notification is being triggered.

Configuration completed:

• Set Notify Prior to Expiration in Days = 30
• Set Reminder Frequency in Days = 1
• Added Business Classification certificate with Start Date: 01-Jan-2026 and Expiration Date: 05-May-2026
• Notification Mode set to ALL
• Supplier record saved and submitted

Based on this setup, the system should trigger a notification starting 30 days before the expiration date, but no notification appears in the bell icon or email.

We also verified:

• Supplier classification status is Current
• Dates fall within notification window
• Configuration saved successfully
• and i run schedule a new process called Supplier Business Classifications Notification
