Context

We allow Duplicate Tax Registration Numbers against Customers and Suppliers.

We set up Country Defaults for all European union countries and set the "Duplicate Validation Level" to "No Validation"

Issue:

When loading a file (Tax Configuration Content Upload), we have lot of rejects. They all are listed under “Party Tax Profile Validations”. This kind of message is displayed “This tax registration number already exists for party type THIRD_PARTY and party name XXXXXXXXXXX for the same period. for party type: THIRD_PARTY, party name: and party number: YYYYYYYYYYY”.
