Fusion PLM Redwood, is it possible to perform a cross-object search across both Items and Documents?

In Oracle Fusion PLM Redwood, is it possible to perform a cross-object search across both Items and Documents?

Based on the current Product demo, users are required to select either Item or Document when performing a search. However, our requirement is to be able to search across both Items and Documents simultaneously.

The business requirement is to enable users to search using the keyword and retrieve both related documents and parts simultaneously.

Could you please advise how this can be achieved in Redwood?
