How to hide an column in the award attachement popup

I want to hide a specific field in the award attachment popup. However, after directly changing the field display settings, the field reappears as soon as I exit this Negotiation and re-enter it. This happens even when the settings are configured in sandbox mode. I would like to ask if there is any way to hide the field and ensure that it remains hidden the next time I open it.
