Help with ai agent studio data source connection for epm

in AI for Fusion Applications

I'm attempting to stand up the team agents sample for epm but running into road blocks getting security established. Specifically, I trying to setup the required agent studio data source application as described here :

A confidential app was setup in IDCS and have all the required properties except the public/private keys. Where are those generated? It's not discussed in the confidential app setup discussed here:
