Displaying Preferred name and Position Title for Manager in Employment Info and Public work Info

Summary: We have a requirement to display preferred name for Manager and Position Title instead of Business Title in Employment Info. Page . Currently legal name and business title displays in the 'Manager' section of Employment Info page. Showing legal name creates confusion where the subject person, submitter or approver used a different preferred name. Position title should be used for consistency with other areas of the system.

Similarly we need it for Workers in the Public Infor Page and Global Search bar, is there any way to do it for the particular pages and search bar as changing person name formats will change that for everyone.
