What are the options to ship the Item from WMS Managed facility to Showrooms are nnot defined in WMS

Summary:

My Client has the business case. They have some Showrooms created in Fusion as Inventory Organization, but Show rooms are not defined in WMS Cloud. Currently they are following by Transfer Order from the Main Organization to Show rooms organization in Fusion Cloud. Now Client is expecting using WMS Cloud what are the best options to send the Items from Main Warehouse to Show rooms including WMS Cloud. They don't want to follow Sales Order issue transaction. Kindly suggests.
