P60 reprint blank in document records but showing in flow correctly

Summary:

An employee had set their document delivery preferences to not have an online copy for a P60 produced.

This resulted in the employee not having a P60 created in Document Records.

I corrected the document delivery preferences to allow an online copy.

I then ran the Payroll flow "Run End of Year P60 Selective Print" to print off and create a document record for the employee.

I ran the process for a selective print and the P60 had the correct information showing in a PDF named UK_P60_Plain_Paper.pdf.

However, when I went into Document Records there was a blank PDF named UK_Electronic_P60.pdf.
