Warning in UpdateFixedAssetConfiguration file - Location Mapping 26 A Feature

Summary:
Per 26A feature, we are trying to update Asset Location with HR Location. When I opened the ADFDi file the below HR Location columns LOV is not getting populated, hence the next filed HR Location Set is also not getting populated automatically.
When we manually populated these two field and upload the file, the location is not getting mapped.
We have tried this in one of the vision instance and it worked fine as expected, not working in the customer instance. Appreciate any help
