AI Agent Studio - unable to "create" (copy) marketplace agents anymore

I went into AI Agent Studio in our sandbox environment, and AFTER I click on the avaiable "create" button for the Legacy Invoice Validation Agent from Huron, the create button greys out - and nothing happens, I waiting patiently for some time wondering if it was copying the tools and agent over, but still nothing happens. I know I was able to open marketplace agents before, not sure whats going on now.

I can go and copy a template of non-marketplace agents, I can run my custom agents, but for whatever reason the marketplace agents are not available it seems.
