Hi Team,

Greetings!

This question is about handling building complex grade structure with high number of grade ladders, grades, grade steps and step rates, with 8+ years of history to be included (and another year or 2 of future rates) .

Legacy system is on Oracle EBS.

Has anyone handled such a high volume as part of the implementation in the past? At high level, this includes 300+ ladders, 3000+ grades , 9000+ steps, 150K+ progression rules etc. and the similar scalar product further for step rates etc.
