A completed Request shows a node added successfully, but the viewpoint does not have it.

Summary:

Created a request to add 2 nodes in a viewpoint, no lineage, no approval policies, the request completed successfully, everything looks ok in Audit too, but when viewpoint is checked one of the 2 nodes added does not exist.
