Hide "Add More text" under Offer Letter Section in Create Job Offer screen

We have already hidden the "First Additional Text" and "Second Additional Text" under Offer Letter Section in Create Job Offer screen through VB but we still see "Add More text" checkbox on the Create Job Offer screen and there is no attribute under Offer Letter Region in VB to hide them.

Need help to understand how to hide "Add More text" checkbox under Offer Letter Section in Create Job Offer screen.

Is there any access or any other setup to not show the checkbox on the screen??
