Unable to change the End Date of an element entry via HSDL

Summary:

We have created an HSDL template to Create/Update element entries. The template is working in all scenarios, except where we are trying to change the end date of the element entry. The records is failing with the error - "The pay_entry_pkg.load_entry_info procedure couldn't be completed. Contact your help desk."

We are using "Replace Last Effective End Date" as "Yes" and still we are getting the error.

If we use the same data and load via HDL, we are able to correct the end date of the element entry without any issue.
