Annualized Turnover

Summary: Does anyone have a report for annualized turnover? I see questions from the past on this same topic and have not found one in the shared reports. The seeded fields take an extremely long time to run, which times out for anyone without admin. access. I am finding manual built reports are faster, but can't seem to get the month count right to capture the annualized %.
