Production scheduling one workorder components availability

Scenario: one work order requires 36 hours to complete and requires 4 components to complete eg : item A , item B , Item C and Item D .

If item A, B, C are available and item will be available after 24 hrs . So will production scheduling will schedule the work order immediately (I.e today ) or will it wait till all the resources availability and schedules after 24hrs ?
