FYI Notification for Create/Update Position

Summary:

We need to send an FYI notification when creating/updating position. However, if the user has no privilege to create/update position, they do not see the position details in the notification. We created a role with create/update position privilege and this enabled My Client Groups → Workforce Structure → Position. These users should not have access to this tab at all.

How can we send the notification to users with them being able to see the position details but not have access to Workforce Structure without customising the page to hide it?

There are some users who will have other roles who may need access to My Client Groups as such as Hiring Managers, if this tab will be hidden, they will also not be able to see this with the new role.
