Automate ESPP Cycle Date Configuration in Oracle HCM Fusion

Hello Oracle Community,

We are using Oracle HCM Fusion and currently manage Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) cycles on a quarterly basis. The cycle dates (enrollment window, payroll deduction start/end, purchase dates, etc.) are mostly derived from anchor dates provided by stakeholders manually each quarter. This is a recurring manual task and we are looking to automate this process within Oracle HCM Fusion.

Our Goal:

Auto-derive ESPP cycle dates based on stakeholder-provided anchor dates

Eliminate manual quarterly configuration

Ideally tie this into the Workforce Compensation Plan cycle dates already configured in the system
