Requirement to populate the result of rest api output in tabular format

we are working on work structure creation AI Agent. we are able to sucessfully load work structure items such as jobs, grades etc. however when the API goes on error because of incorrect data, error display to user in plan text which because difficult for the user to understand the fix the issue.

Can the error be displayed in the tabular format to the users. we tried using prompt but its not working.

please let us know if anyone is able to achieve this. share the details. thanks in advance.
