How to bulk update the existing expenditure types for translated values?

Summary:

We have already configured expenditure types in English (US). Now we have a requirement to translate these existing expenditure types in different language as per specific country. How do we bulk update this?

Tried using Import feature csv package but getting error.

Populated expenditure type csv with existing values in US English and then added the translated value in the translation csv with source lang and lang as SF (Finnish). However got unique constraint violation error.

Need to understand what files to be populated and which columns to provide the translated value.
