Cycle Count Sequences not generating

Summary:

Have created a cycle count with "automatically Schedule" option enabled and frequency as Daily. Ran the generate schedules job, then the generate sequences job, and both have completed successfully without errors.

But on the Record Count Sequences page, there are no count sequences showing up…!

What could be the reason and how to fix it? Anything to check on the Cycle Count setup itself, like any specific attribute that might be impacting it?
