Unable to add substitute items for process manufacturing formula ingredients defined in PIM

Summary:

We have created a formula for a process manufacturing finished good using Redwood UI. We have defined substitute items using Item Relationship for one of the ingredients. But we are not getting option to define the substitute item using Redwood UI for the formula. Is it currently not supported? Is there any alternate option?
