How to hide the Submit button in the Manage Approvals screen in Purchase order

We have a custom submit solution and need to hide the standard submit button in Purchase order. We are able to hide the Submit option in the Edit Purchase order through Page composer however the same option is not available in the Manage Approvals screen in Purchase order.
