Invalid WEIGHT_UOM attribute error in items fbdi file

Summary:

We are uploading items data through FBDI and some of the records completing in below error:

You must provide a valid value for the WEIGHT_UOM attribute.                              

 ORA-01466: unable to read data - table definition has changed

Weight UOM that we are putting here is KILOGRAMS, on investigating we found this UOM name is not there in manage UOMS and we added there as well th with below details code as KGS and name as Kilograms , class is Weight . But still we are seeing this error.

Can you please suggest from where weight_UOM attribute is validated? is it not from primary UOM? what else we need to check here. Thanks
