Problem with end-user execution AI Chat (Agent Studio)

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help with Agent AI Studio.
I created a custom role to grant agent access to end users. The agent appears on the screen, but when users click on it, nothing happens—the chatbot doesn’t open for interaction. However, when I assign this same custom role to consultant users, the agent works as expected.
I suspect there might be some inherited privilege or missing permission that I haven’t identified yet.
Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
