Avoid Service Interruptions - Immediate Action Required! Banner showing up after quarterly upgrade to 26A. Is it just showing up on Compensation? How do we get rid of the this?

Also important to mention this was not visible during 2-week testing window, it is also not visible in any TEST pods. Does any one else have it?
