Picking a Component Item in a Rework Order doesn't issue directly to Work Order

Reworking a serialized item that is automatically issued to the work order. When running the picklist for other components, it doesn't issue them to the work order; it just moves them. We need the components to be issued to the work order (they are all push parts). If the rework assembly is not serialized, the components are issued when picked. We need rework work orders for serialized parts to be the same. It is causing lots of confusion that they have to manually issue the parts to the work order after running the picklist and confirming the pick.
