Restrict comingling of Inventory Attribute at a location

Summary:

How can i restrict inventory attribute at a location.

While performing putaway, i am storing ATTRD at LPN and i want system not to mix different values of ATTRD ( F1&F2) at location.

currently, system is restricting if it is a same item but attribute values are different. however, i want system to ensure restriction across items as well.
