I’m encountering a “Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[25004 null].” error while creating a new Assessment Plan (Risk Management > Assessments > Assessment Plan) in Oracle Fusion Risk Management. It appears when I try to save the plan after entering a unique name and selecting an assessment template.

I’ve tried using different names and templates, but the issue persists. It seems like there may be duplicate or inconsistent data in the backend.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to identify and resolve the duplicate records causing this?
