How to do multi ship unit lines from order base?

Summary:

Hi team,

I am trying to release an order base having one ship unit and two ship unit lines by action→order mgmt→change order→release OB/SU

but getting below error:

Could you please help on this issue? Goal is to have an OB with multiple ship units with multiple SU lines and release accordingly to create orders
