Need help setting up entitlement days, used and remaining balance for Paternity Leave

in Workforce Management

Summary:

We have a requirement for Paternity leave for Singapore where the Employee is entitled for 20days leave which can be taken flexibly for 1 year from the birth of the Child (derived from DOB found for Child in Family and Emergency Contacts). However the enabled balance only shows the value based on calendar year. Can someone help me with the setup changes to help employees and admins get the correct balance from the birth of the child instead of calendar year.
