Segment group is not showing in Create Attribute-Based Netting Rule

Hi experts

I am trying to have Attribute based netting rule in my supply planning by netting the Supplies (WO) to the demand (open Sales order) that have the same values as the sales order. I already defined the EFF in SO lines and dff in WO header. After adding the attribute in netting sequence specific to item segments, the segment group is not showing any values. I already defined the segment group for all end items in Manage Segment Groups and Criteria.

has anyone experienced this ?
