Start Demand Planning Engine Manager is not starting immediately

Summary:

Hi,

When we run the Demand Plan with the refresh option selected, the "Start Demand Planning Engine Manager" child job is submitted at 10:54 AM but not sure how Scheduled Time is set as 12:17 PM. Even after starting at 12:17 PM, it did not submit the child jobs until 1:14 PM. Because of this, instead of completing in 1.5hrs(usual time), it took 3.5hrs.

Any idea/reason why this could have happened?
