DOR From Date and To Date Validation

Summary:

We have a requirement from our client where they maintain a list of Mandatory and Non‑Mandatory countries for which a Furlough Document of Records (DOR) needs to be created. The From and To dates should be validated so that they do not fall on weekends or statutory holidays, based on the respective country calendars.

At present, there is no standard or delivered validation in the system to handle this requirement. We will be transitioning to Redwood soon. Has anyone designed or implemented a similar custom validation.
