OTM UI(with service availability/uptime view/service status/outage) were taken way in OCI

when using https://myservices.em2.oraclecloud.com formal admin portal to manage oracle EPM(enterprise performance management instance), after login,then go to 'location', we land in overview (as attached) with overview like 1)service availability 2)uptime overview 3)service status 4) outage during a given period (e.g past 6 months or 3 months). When upgrade to new OCI console, there is NO such UI for OTM (confirmed by Oracle OCI technical team and OTM technical team via SR4-0002325852/40002559222)
