Leave and Absence Policy Advisor | Agent only retrieving Legislation code.

We are implementing the Leave and Absence Policy Advisor AI Agent in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and have configured multiple policy documents segmented by Legal Employer.

However, we are facing an issue where the agent is only able to retrieve the Legislation Code, but it is not able to retrieve or utilize the Legal Employer Identifier to properly scope or filter the relevant policy documents.

As a result:

• The agent cannot correctly map users to their respective policy documents
• It retrieves content across multiple documents instead of restricting responses to the appropriate legal employer or Legislation Code.
• This leads to inconsistent or mixed policy references in responses
