Need steps to migrate OIC integrations from one instance to another in Oracle Fusion Applications

We have built integrations using OIC for single and multi-directional movement of data.

We need steps with document to move the integrations from one instance to another , For example Dev1 to Dev2.

A detailed writeup will be greatly appreciated.
