Summary:

An Pre-defined agent template (example in 25D) shipped from Oracle is deployed on our environment . We have enabled monitoring and evaluation.

The METRO Dashboard captures the Metrics related to agent.

IF the same agent is enhanced and shipped as a new template (26B), if we deploy the new agent , would the metrics generated over the last few months be lost ?

How to preserve the metrics ? What are the best practices to deploy an Enhanced Pre-defined agent template from Oracle?
