Hold at location capability in OTM

Summary:

We have a requirement from the business and would appreciate insights from anyone who has implemented something similar.
We need to enable users to select a Hold-at Location (e.g., pickup point / alternate delivery location) from a list of available options based on the shipment destination address. Can you please share the solution design that you have implemented ?
